1.PF series impact crusher is a new product designed by our company after absorbing the advanced technology at home and abroad.

2.This series of crusher can crush many kinds of materials (granite, limestone, concrete,etc )with max feed size less than 500mm and compression strength less than 320 Mp.

3.This kind of crusher has excellent function and good performance, which are widely used in the high-level road construction, railway, hydroelectricity, artificial sand-stone materials, crushing and building used materials.

4.The ideal feed size is 100-500mm; the maximum shall not exceed the specified value. Users can adjust the gap between hammer head and impact plate or other parts to get the grain-size according to needs.

The Impact Crusher is mainly consist of frame body, adjusting spring, back impact plate, front impact plate, liner plate, chain system, rotor part, board hammer, etc.
PF-series Impact Crusher crush materials with the effect of impact energy. When it works, the rotors spin at a high speed with the action of motor. The materials hit against the board hammer on the rotor and crushed when falling into the crusher chamber, thus impacted onto the liner plate for the second crushing, and finally being discharged from the outlet. Users can adjust the discharge size and shape of the materials by adjusting the gap between the impact plate and rotor support.
